John Eidman

GM, National Training Center

If Papa John is the brain of USAJJ, John Eidman is the backbone.

He is the General Manager for the National Training Center, but his responsibilities go well beyond that.

One of those responsibilities is as head of the Kids class program, which he teaches Monday through Thursday.

John is a University of Georgia alumni in English.

One of his favorite quotes is by V.Nabokov :

"In art as in science there is no delight without the detail, and it is on details that I have tried to fix the reader's attention. Let me repeat that unless these are thoroughly understood and remembered, all general ideas; (so easily acquired, so profitably resold) must necessarily remain but worn passports allowing their bearers short cuts from one area of ignorance to another."

John is also a gifted purple belt and a certified Instructor level 1.
