To establish a basic foundation for jiu jitsu instruction
To inform current and prospective instructors of the USA Jiu Jitsu Mission (making jiu jitsu an official amateur sport with Olympic inclusion), Organization and Way Ahead
To teach and workshop common approaches to teaching jiu jitsu and running a successful school or club
Ensure integrity of Jiu Jitsu instruction across the U.S. with an emphasis on including values commonly found in other traditional martial arts training and to honoring and servicing the needs of the student/consumer of jiu jitsu
Three day course usually running Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm with a break for lunch.
Places a heavy emphasis on tenants of leadership and values
Course touches on all major aspects of Jiu Jitsu Instruction, Business Practices, Rules and Referee Procedures, Tournament Organization and Execution.
Students are given the opportunity to teach a class in front of National Training Center Students
Culminates in a student planned and run National Training Center In-house tournament
Graduates Students with an official certificate of completion and stripe on the belt for junior belts (does not include promotion to next belt).
